The whole trip prep, in one place
Start from a list that knows your trip
Beach week, city weekend, business trip, camping, roadtrip, festival — pick one of 15 curated templates and make it yours. Every list is fully editable, so your next trip starts where the last one left off.
Prep before you pack
Half the work happens the week before: things to buy, wash, iron, or charge. Flag an item once and it shows up where it belongs — the shopping list collects everything you still need to get.
Reminders that count down
Set a departure date and pin reminders to it — "two days before, charge the power bank." All scheduled on your phone, nowhere else.
Quantities, not guesses
Socks ×6, diapers ×20. Each item can carry a count, so "packed" means the right amount made it in.
A photo says where it is
Snap a picture of the first-aid kit or the cable drawer. Next trip, you'll know exactly what you meant.
Scan your paper list PRO
Point the camera at a handwritten list and it becomes items — read entirely on your iPhone. Nothing leaves your phone.
Pack one trip, together PRO
Family Mode shares one trip through your iCloud: a shared list, personal lists, and clear assignments — "Tom: first-aid kit."
Hands off to Bilargo Exit
On departure day, jump straight into Bilargo Exit for the stove-off, windows-shut, door-locked round — if you have it installed.
From "we should pack" to "we're ready"

One trip at a time, start to finish
Pick a template, set a departure date, and work the list. Progress saves as you go — check things off in the queue at the supermarket, finish on the couch. Changing the date never resets what you've packed; it just moves your reminders.
- 15 editable templates, from beach to backpacking
- Categories keep long lists scannable
- One active trip — no clutter, no confusion

The week before, sorted
Packing starts long before the suitcase opens. Mark what still needs buying and it lands on the shopping list; add prep tasks for the washing, the ironing, the charging. By the time you pack, everything is actually there to pack.
Weather-sensitive templates include a gentle nudge to check the forecast before you commit to five pairs of shorts.

Pack one trip, together PRO
One shared list for the family, one personal list for you. Assign items to people — "Tom: first-aid kit" — and watch progress per person, so nobody quietly assumes someone else packed the chargers.
- Shared list syncs through your own iCloud — no new accounts
- Personal list items stay on your phone unless you move them
- Duplicate warnings before you pack the third sunscreen
- Shared notes and "last edited by" so everyone stays in the loop
Your lists are nobody's business
Bilargo Prep runs on your iPhone, full stop. There are exactly two ways your data can live — and you choose which.
On your iPhone
The default. Nothing to configure.
- Lists, photos, and reminders live only on your device
- Works in airplane mode, end to end
- No account, no analytics, no tracking
- Photos ride along in your own iCloud/device backup — like any app's data, under your control
Between your family's iPhones
Optional, part of Pro. This is where data leaves the device — plainly said.
- The shared trip syncs through your iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit) to the people you invite
- Only the shared list travels; your personal "Mine" list stays on your phone unless you move an item
- We run no servers and can't see your lists — the data flows Apple ID to Apple ID
That's the whole map — there is no level three. No Bilargo servers, no accounts, no analytics, no ads. If you never turn on Family Mode, nothing ever leaves your iPhone.

Questions, answered
Does it really work offline?
Yes. Solo packing — lists, photos, reminders, templates, the shopping list — runs entirely on your iPhone. Airplane mode changes nothing. Only Family Mode needs a connection, because syncing between phones is the whole point of it.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Family Mode uses the iCloud account already on your iPhone — invites travel as normal iCloud share links.
What exactly does Family Mode share?
Only the shared trip list. Each person also has a personal "Mine" list that never leaves their phone unless they deliberately move an item to the shared list. Sharing runs over your own iCloud (Apple's CloudKit) — we operate no servers and cannot see your data.
Is Pro a subscription?
Pro Lifetime is a one-time $19.99 purchase — pay once, own it forever. If you'd rather start smaller, there's an optional $6.99/year plan with a 7-day free trial; it auto-renews unless you cancel it in your App Store settings. Both unlock the same features.
Where are my photos stored?
In the app's own storage on your iPhone. If you have iCloud or device backup enabled, they're included in your backup like any other app data — under your Apple ID, controlled by you. The app never uploads photos anywhere itself.
How is this different from Bilargo Exit?
Prep gets you ready to leave — shopping, prepping, packing. Exit covers the last five minutes: stove off, windows shut, door locked, with photo proof. On departure day, Prep hands you off to Exit if you have both installed.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone on iOS 17.4 or later. Family Mode additionally needs an iCloud account signed in — which, on most iPhones, is already the case.
Pack calm, not scared.
Your next trip starts a week early — let the list carry the worry.
